Vehicle Drop Off Policy:

Vehicles being dropped off by the owner or being transported to Classic Motorworks LLC by use of a third party must coordinate a scheduled drop off time and day before planning to drop off the vehicle.  Vehicles will not be accepted for drop off on non working days or after hours.  Vehicles may not be dropped off outside of the gated premises of Classic Motorworks LLC.

Turnaround Time:

Classic Motorworks LLC is considered to be a restoration shop and not a repair shop.  This means due to the nature of the classic cars that we work on we do not guarantee a turnaround time.  Finding parts for classic vehicles or even making them can take a long time.  In order for your vehicle to be put inline to be worked on, your vehicle does have to be here to before being placed in the lineup.

Visiting:

We are a closed facility and are not open for drop by.  Customers and future customers are asked to call and make an appointment before visiting Classic Motorworks LLC.

Car Cover Policy:

Customers electing to utilize car covers are responsible for providing their own covers and securing straps. Please ensure straps are adequately fastened to prevent wind displacement.

Payment Terms:

Payment is due within 15 days of the invoice date. Invoices remaining unpaid after 15 days will incur a late fee of 5% of the total invoice amount. We kindly request that you plan your payments accordingly.

Mechanic's Lien:

In accordance with Chapter 713 of the Florida Statutes, invoices remaining unpaid after 90 days are subject to a mechanic's lien.
